Our packages are developed in a modular manner. Hence, any change in specification is as simple as add something to your billing and remove something from the billing.

Interiors are not a part of any standard package and are considered separately. We offer a variety of options, based on the client's choice of design, requirements and materials, executed as a part of our Turnkey Construction Service. We do have an in-house interiors team who provides interior design services to our clients.

Yes, If you wish to get the interiors done through Srusti Constructions, Interior works are done at separate packages which can be added to the quotation of construction; Interiors are not part of few basic and advanced package and it is part of  premium and luxury package with limit in area of cover and additional area is considered separately. We offer a variety of options, based on the client's choice of design, requirements and materials, executed as a part of our Turnkey Construction Service. Only in exceptional situations where there is a sudden spike in prices due to external circumstances, the price variation is to be paid by the client. On the other hand, if there is a price drop, clients get a price reduction for the same.The pricing of our contracts is frozen on a stamp paper. Hence, the prices remain stable in most of the scenarios.

YES...The packages are customizable entirely based on the client's choice of materials and design, to cater to their requirements and likes.

We do provide Excavation, Compound, Parapet wall and Underground water tank included from the advanced Package and also provide you realistic slabs on the material during the quotation. We have also offering basic interiors up to 400 sqft for premium package onwards. Our company adds value to assets of its customers.
