    • Stages 2 - 11: Interim payments released upon completion of each defined construction milestone
    • Stage 12: Final settlement upon handover of keys

    All invoices are generated and tracked through our ERP portal, giving you real-time visibility and full transparency at every step.

    We prepare and submit all necessary drawings—site plans, grading, drainage and structural layouts—for municipal and statutory clearance. While the legal applicant remains the property owner, our 
    team will coordinate directly with consultants and authorities to expedite the permit process.

    Yes. To secure your project slot and allocate our in-house design team, we require an advance payment at the time of booking. This payment is fully applied against your first stage invoice and ensures we 
    can begin detailed 2D plans and 3D elevations without delay.

  • 10. Do you offer a discount for confirming your project scope before the design phase begins?

    Absolutely. If you finalize your full project scope and sign the service agreement prior to design kickoff, you qualify for a 5 % early-confirmation discount on your overall package rate. This incentive rewards 
    proactive planning and optimizes both your budget and our resource allocation.

    Yes-site visits are arranged on request through your Project Manager, ensuring safety protocols and advance coordination.
