My journey in construction began in *2000*, helping in our family and relatives' house projects. I saw not only the work that went into each wall, but also the sacrifices families made to achieve their dream of a home. That experience shaped my perspective: a home is not just a structure — it's a life's effort.

By *2012, I completed my first freelance interior project, and in **2018, I executed my first full construction — a temple that became a turning point. Along the way, I worked across every category of construction: **masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, interiors, and finishing.* These hands-on experiences taught me discipline, coordination, and the responsibility of managing a client’s dream.

Because I have come through the same path as many of my clients, I understand the challenge of balancing *budget with aspiration.* I know the effort behind every rupee saved, every plan revised, every finish chosen. That is why Srusti is *customer-centric, not business-centric.*
