Challenge:
The project experienced frequent scope changes, including repeated pauses and restarts, de-scoping followed by upgrades, and last-minute modifications that led to avoidable rework. Direct interference with site labour and limited consultant support beyond agreed terms added further complexity to execution and coordination.
Our Solution:
Srusti Constructions adopted a firm engineering-driven approach, restoring site discipline and execution stability. By prioritising completion integrity over short-term commercial considerations, the team realigned labour management, controlled variations, and ensured uninterrupted progress toward project closure.
Outcome:
The G+1 residence was delivered with consistent construction quality and structured execution controls. Despite multiple operational challenges, the project achieved early completion by 72 days, meeting all defined quality benchmarks.
Why It's Special :
This project represents a rare execution scenario where Srusti operated as a third-party contractor under a consultant-led framework, effectively managing expectations from two decision-making stakeholders. Maintaining quality control, execution discipline, and timely delivery under such conditions made this project a valuable learning milestone and a testament to Srusti’s execution capability.
