Challenge:

The site conditions were technically demanding—located in a water-logged, loose-soil zone with poor bearing capacity. Conventional footing options were not reliable for long-term stability, and the project required a foundation approach that could handle both subsoil uncertainty and multi-floor load demands without compromising execution safety.

Our Solution:

Srusti implemented an engineered pile foundation system tailored to the site’s geotechnical realities. Load transfer was planned to reach firm strata, supported by controlled dewatering and waterproofing measures during execution. The approach combined structural safety, soil stabilization, and disciplined site coordination to ensure the building remained stable and durable over its lifecycle.

Outcome:

A safe and durable foundation system was delivered to support the full G+4 structural load. The project progressed through challenging ground conditions with controlled execution and consistent quality, achieving completion within 18 months from excavation to finishing, while maintaining functional planning and exterior aesthetics.

Why It's Special :

This project stands out as a benchmark in adaptive engineering—demonstrating Srusti’s capability to deliver stable multi-floor residential construction even in high-risk soil and water conditions. It reflects strong technical governance, execution discipline, and the ability to convert complex ground challenges into a confident, long-term outcome.
