The project site was located on uneven terrain with varying soil strata, requiring a foundation system capable of managing differential settlement risks. In addition, the limited plot size demanded efficient space optimisation without compromising structural integrity, safety, or architectural appeal.
Our Solution:
Srusti Constructions designed and executed a reinforced foundation system calibrated to balance soil variations and ensure uniform load transfer. A G+2 structural framework was planned with efficient load distribution, complemented by smart space-planning strategies to maximise usable residential areas. Integrated waterproofing and high-quality finishing systems were applied to enhance durability and long-term performance.
Outcome:
